This frozen Mrs. Paul's Lemon Herb Shrimp and Veggies dinner is protein-packed and ready in just 10 minutes!


  • 1 (19 oz.) bag Mrs. Paul’s Lemon Herb Shrimp with Barley, Chickpeas, Sweet Potato and Kale


Prepare according to package directions. (I used the recommended microwave method.)

Serve and enjoy!

Recipe Notes

This shrimp and veggies dinner is hearty on its own, but you could always serve this with extra barley or beans, some crusty bread, a sprinkle of Parmesan, or add a side salad to go along with it.
