BOURBON SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE

Topped with buttery pecans for a delicious holiday side dish!

Scrub, pierce and bake 6 sweet potatoes for an hour

Mash the cooked sweet potatoes, then add butter, brown sugar, bourbon and salt and mix well

Place in casserole dish; can prepare ahead to this point

Mix the pecans with butter, brown sugar and cinnamon and layer on top

Bake for 25-30 minutes. Your kitchen will smell amazing!

That pecan crust on top is killer! This dish is also naturally gluten-free.

Serve hot or warm for a side dish everyone will go crazy for!
