CURRY GROUND TURKEY WITH RICE AND PEAS

Just 20 minutes to make; great for an easy, flavorful weeknight dinner!

Sauté an onion, add garlic, cook ground turkey then add seasonings

Stir in a can of diced tomatoes and some frozen green peas until warmed

Serve with steamed white or brown rice and cilantro or parsley if you have it

And that's it! Dinner is served!

Possible substitutions: -Use regular or fire-roasted diced tomatoes -Add jalapeño or red pepper flakes to make it spicy -Wilt in spinach instead of using peas (or use both) -Serve with cauliflower rice for a low-carb option
