EASY CHICKEN PAPRIKASH

Ready in just 20 minutes!

Cut chicken thighs (or breasts)

Toss with flour, paprika, salt and cayenne

Brown in butter; add onion, mushrooms and garlic

Add broth then remove from heat and add sour cream/Greek yogurt

Sprinkle with parsley and it's ready!

Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, polenta, egg noodles or biscuits
