*Easy to make *Hold together well *Can be vegan
Pulse chickpeas, red onion, garlic, cilantro & seasonings Then stir in eggs & Panko breadcrumbs
Form burger patties. Tip: Refrigerating for 20+ min. helps them set up (but not necessary)
Cook burgers in oil, 5 minutes per side
Sturdy and beautifully browned!
Add your favorite burger toppings! Or use for wraps, salads or grain bowls.
Serve and enjoy for lunch or dinner!
