Easy to make, on-hand ingredients, ready in 20 minutes!

First, cook 2 eggs in a flat omelet; remove and thinly slice

Cook thinly sliced chicken breast until cooked through

Sauté mushrooms, cabbage and ginger until tender

Return chicken and eggs, add the sauce and mix well

Top with green onions and extra hoisin or soy sauce, if desired

Serve with mandarin pancakes or soft flour tortillas
