An easy, delicious summer dessert!
Start with 4 cups fresh, sliced peaches
Sprinkle with sugar, flour and lemon juice
Make the biscuit topping: Mix dry ingredients, cut in butter, stir in milk
Dollop the dough on top of the peaches, then bake at 375 for 30-35 min.
Ta-da! A crunchy, browned crust over syrupy, sweet peaches
Let sit for about 10 minutes to set up
Scoop and serve - with extra juices from the pan
