SAUTEED CHICKEN & APPLES WITH ROSEMARY
A one-skillet dinner perfect for fall. Ready in 30 minutes!
Ingredients: Sliced chicken breasts Sliced apples Sliced onion Rosemary Apple cider vinegar
Sauté the onion and apples then season and sear the chicken strips, all in the same skillet
Add the apple cider vinegar and remaining rosemary, cover and cook until finished
The chicken and apples are tender and the dish has a yummy pan sauce
Tip: Add a pat of butter at the end for a richer sauce
Serve as is for a low-carb meal or pair with rice, potatoes or polenta
