Uses leftover turkey, dressing, veggies and gravy, plus a fried egg
Chop leftover turkey and veggies into bite-size pieces
Warm all your leftovers in a pan over medium heat until warmed through
Add a few tablespoons of leftover gravy to bring it all together
Fry your egg - in the same pan or separately
Serve the fried egg on top of the hot hash
Season with salt and pepper - or hot sauce - and devour!
