Just a few ingredients & 5 minutes to make!

First, strain your turkey drippings - but NOT like this...

Ah, that's better - no floating pieces and the fat is skimmed off the top; ready to use

Melt butter then whisk in flour and cook 1 minute

Slowly add your turkey drippings - the mixture will seize, which is fine, keep whisking and streaming in the liquid

Whisk until smooth and the gravy coats the back of a spoon

Adjust the amount of drippings you add to get to the right consistency. Note: The gravy will thicken as it sits.

Be sure to serve HOT! Drizzle over turkey, mashed potatoes, dressing - anything!
