12strawberries, halved lengthwise OR 24 raspberries
48blueberries OR 24 blackberries
24banana slices (about ½ inch thick) OR 24 regular marshmallows OR 24 1-inch chunks of angel food cake OR 24 1-inch chunks of pound cake
Instructions
Thread a strawberry half or a raspberry onto the bottom of each kabob. Follow with your choice of white fruit or extra (banana, marshmallow or cake). Next thread on two blueberries or one blackberry. Repeat to the end of the kabob.
Serve immediately or cover in plastic wrap and store in the fridge until ready to serve (up to 12 hours for best freshness and flavor).
Notes
I used about 6-inch long wooden kabobs. If yours are longer, just add another set of fruits (but you’ll need extra fruit if you want to make a full 12 kabobs).Make as many of these as you want - it’s easy to adjust the quantities or you can just make them until you run out of ingredients.
