1medium head of cauliflower, cut into bite-size florets
1 ½teaspoonsextra-virgin olive oil
¾teaspoonpaprika
½teaspoonground cumin
½teaspoonkosher salt
¼teaspoonblack pepper
⅛teaspoongarlic powder
Instructions
Preheat the Air Fryer to 400 (if yours requires preheating).
Toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, paprika, cumin, salt, pepper and garlic powder to coat evenly.
Spray the Air Fryer tray with cooking spray then add the cauliflower in an even layer. Cook at 400 for 12-15 minutes, pausing to shake the basket halfway through the cooking time to help the cauliflower cook evenly. (Check for doneness at 12 minutes to avoid burning them. Add an additional 1-3 minutes as needed.)
Serve hot.
Notes
Cauliflower: Cut your cauliflower into bite size pieces. Huge florets take longer to cook through, have less surface area to get crispy and are harder to eat. Bite size is the way to go.Paprika: Regular paprika is what I use, but you could substitute smoked paprika if you’d like.Air Fryer: If your Air Fryer is on the smaller side, you may need to work in batches to keep these in an even layer so they get nice and crispy. If so, just add all the cooked cauliflower at the end, even if they’re stacked, for an additional minute of cook time to warm them through and have them ready to serve.Dipping sauces: Ranch dressing, honey mustard, BBQ sauce, tahini sauce, creamy pesto dip, green goddess dressing, etc.
