1 ½teaspoonspaprika
¾teaspoongarlic powder

⅛ to ¼teaspooncayenne (or more black pepper)
Instructions
In a small bowl, combine the salt, paprika, garlic powder, thyme, pepper and cayenne.
Drizzle the cubed chicken pieces with the olive oil and then add the seasoning mix, tossing well to get all the chicken pieces well seasoned.
Place the chicken in the Air Fryer insert and cook at 375 degrees F for 16-18 minutes, tossing once halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through. If your chicken is in an even layer, it should be done in about 16 minutes. If the pieces are somewhat stacked, it may take closer to 18-20 minutes, depending on your Air Fryer. (Reminder, the internal temperature of the chicken pieces should reach 165 degrees F.)
Serve the chicken bites hot, with the juices from the Air Fryer drizzled on top.

Notes
Serving: Serve these as is, with a favorite dipping sauce (such as ketchup, honey mustard, BBQ sauce, spicy mayo or a salad dressing like Ranch) or with a salad or grain bowl.Leftovers, once cooled, can be stored in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Reheat in the microwave or Air Fryer just until hot; try not to overcook them or they can dry out. On the other hand, a dipping sauce or dressing can help cover that up!
