Ingredients
2oz.champagne (or cava or other sparkling wine), chilled
2oz.apple cider, chilled
Optional garnishes:
Cinnamon sugar rims, apple slices
Instructions
If using a sugared rim, dip the tips of each champagne flute in water and then in a shallow dish of cinnamon sugar to coat the edges.
Fill each flute halfway with Champagne. Top with the apple cider and serve immediately, garnished with an apple slice if desired.

A dry/brut champagne is best (instead of a sweeter version) because the apple cider has enough sweetness. You can use an actual champagne or a cava or sparkling wine.You can adjust the quantities listed above to suit your tastes, such as adding some extra champagne if you'd like.
