Champagne brunch punch is an easy, fruity, pretty drink recipe that’s perfect for setting out at a brunch party so everyone can help themselves!

Ingredients
2cupsorange juice
1cupcranberry juice
2litersGinger Ale (I use Diet)
¼cuporange liqueur
1cupstrawberries, sliced
1cupblueberries
1(750ml) bottle champagne (or other sparkling wine)
Instructions
Combine all of the ingredients, except the champagne, in a large punch bowl or serving bowl and stir well to combine. Slowly add champagne and stir gently to combine.
Serve immediately. (See notes for make ahead tips.)
Notes
If you don’t have cranberry juice on hand, feel free to substitute more orange juice.You can also substitute your favorite fruits and berries in this recipe.You can use champagne or your favorite sparkling wine.You can serve this in a punch bowl or a pitcher.If you want to make this ahead, combine everything but the ginger ale and the champagne. Add those when ready to serve so they maintain their bubbly.For a fun extra, you can freeze orange juice in ice cube trays to use to keep this cold. (You can also use frozen berries if you’d like.) They'd be lovely with a garnish of fresh mint, too!
