Crispy Air Fryer Baked Potatoes
Air Fryer baked potatoes take just 40 minutes and come out perfectly tender on the inside with an incredibly crispy, salty crust on the outside.

Ingredients
3-4
small to medium russet potatoes
3-4
teaspoons
extra-virgin olive oil
,
divided
¾ to 1
teaspoon
sea salt
Instructions
Preheat the Air Fryer to 400 (if yours requires preheating).
Scrub the potatoes well with a brush then pat dry. Poke each side of the potato with a fork.
Rub each potato with a teaspoon of olive oil and sprinkle all over with sea salt.
Place the potatoes in the Air Fryer tray and close.
Set to cook at 400 for 40 minutes. (You can flip them over at 25 minutes if you prefer, but it’s not necessary.)
Serve immediately with desired toppings and enjoy!
Notes
Depending on size, you may be able to fit 3 or 4 potatoes in your Air Fryer.3-4
Topping ideas:
Butter, sour cream or Greek yogurt
Shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled blue cheese or feta or goat cheese
Crumbled cooked bacon
Chopped chives or fresh herbs
Guacamole or diced avocado
Salsa or pico de gallo
Hot sauce or sriracha
Sprinkle of paprika or other seasonings
