Pimm’s Cup is a light, refreshing and beautiful drink made with Pimm’s No. 1 and lemonade or ginger ale. It’s perfect for afternoon sipping!

Ingredients
1 ¾oz.Pimm’s No. 1
5oz.lemonade (or ginger ale)
1-2orange slices
3strawberries, sliced
1sliceof cucumber
Fresh mint, for garnish
Instructions
Mix the Pimm’s No. 1 and lemonade in a tall glass with ice cubes.
Add a few slices of orange, strawberries and cucumber and stir to combine.
Garnish with the fresh mint and enjoy!

Lemonade: Feel free to make your own lemonade or use a store-bought version.Ginger ale: You can also substitute ginger ale (regular or diet) in place of the lemonade if you prefer.Cucumber and fruit: The cucumber is classic, so I don’t recommend skipping it, but you can play around with the fresh fruit and use different combinations if you’d like.Serving: The recipe is for a single, individual drink. However, you can absolutely double or triple the recipe to make as many as you’d like. You can even make a big batch to serve for a group.
