Ingredients
1(13 oz.) can refrigerated pizza dough
1cuppizza sauce
2cupscooked taco seasoned ground turkey
2small Roma tomatoes, small chopped
2cupsshredded cheddar cheese (or Mexican blend)
Optional toppings:
Shredded lettuce, sour cream or Greek yogurt, diced avocado, jalapeños, etc.
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper for easy clean up.
Unroll the pizza dough onto the baking sheet to an even, flat layer.
Top the dough with the pizza sauce, leaving a 1-inch border around the outside. Then sprinkle the pizza evenly with the taco meat, tomatoes and top with the shredded cheese.
Bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes, until cheese is melted and the top of the pizza is lightly browned.
Cut and serve hot with desired toppings. Enjoy!

Notes
Fresh pizza dough from the deli can also be used for this recipe.Any leftover pizza, once cooled, can be stored in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. (We usually wrap ours in aluminum foil.) Reheat in the microwave then add your toppings.
