Notes
Yogurt: Choose a base of vanilla or strawberry yogurt. Or use Plain Greek yogurt if that’s your preference. Berries: Strawberries and raspberries add a fun pop of red. Feel free to swap in or try other berries as well.Strawberry sauce or strawberry jam is another fun layer you can add in to separate out your yogurt layers. It’s optional though so skip it if you’d rather.Granola: I used a version of this chocolate granola for a little extra chocolate fun, but any kind of granola will do for your parfait. Not a granola fan? Use some cereal to add a crunchy layer.Chocolate chips: Sprinkling a few mini chocolate chips on top adds a more festive feel. You could also use white chocolate chips or chocolate shavings.Servings: You can make as many of these parfaits as you need for your family. And make them as big as you want with as many layers as you want.Tip: Do keep in mind the size of your bowl or cup or glass though. Smaller is better so you can layer appropriate without making a massive parfait.
