Easy Chicken Recipes

This collection of easy chicken recipes features some of our favorite family dinners and go-to lunches.

We eat a ton of chicken in our house and I love finding new, flavorful ways to prepare it so we can keep things interesting. But I also want to keep it easy!

These recipes include main dishes that are ready in 30 minutes or less (and some that take just 15 minutes), slow cooker recipes, some salads and lunch options, and recipes with 5 or fewer ingredients, which are great for budget-friendly options or meals at the end of the week when your groceries are running low.
