These easy, healthy recipes for January are sure to get your new year off to the right start! From salads to main dishes, vegetarian to meat-based, this has everything you need to stick to your healthy goals!

A collection of healthy dishes

Just popping in today with a quick round-up of healthy recipes for the new year!

I had such a difficult time picking just 10 recipes to feature today. I really kinda wanted to revise this to the top 50 or 100 recipes for January, but that seemed a little excessive.

We've only got so much time, so many days in the month, and surely you don't want to spend the whole time in the kitchen.

So, here we are with a top 10 (ish) highlights for you! (I seriously couldn't find a way to stop myself at 10. Sorry not sorry.)

We've got salads and main dishes, both vegetarian and meat-based, and they are all really easy recipes that anyone can make. (And many of them can be prepped ahead or made ahead if you are hoping to do some more meal prep this year.)

There are gluten-free recipes, keto-friendly recipes, Whole 30 compliant recipes and more. A little something for every diet and lifestyle.

A collage of six different healthy recipes and a text overlay on the photo.

I hope that you find some new favorite go-to recipes in this list, whether for yourself for lunch or your family for dinner, that you will turn to again and again in the months to come.

And as a bonus, I included a couple of healthy snacks in the list.

So yes, this is technically 12. (I told you I couldn't keep it to just 10!)

Enjoy and happy New Year!

XO,

Kathryn
