This collection of healthy green recipes for St. Patrick's Day includes everything from breakfast and lunch ideas to appetizers and dinner dishes for some festive, delicious celebrating!

Because it is somehow now March and because this month brings with it St. Patrick's Day, I wanted to get a little festive and share some fun green foods with you today!
These healthy green recipes include everything from breakfast to lunch, snacks and appetizers as well as some dinner main dishes and sides.
With all of this inspiration, I think you'll find lots of way to celebrate!
(I gotta point out that the green eggs and ham recipe is especially appropriate for March 2, which is Dr. Seuss' birthday.)
One quick disclaimer: Many of these foods are fully green in color and appearance, but some of them have more discreet just hints or pops of green.
We're not using any food coloring here, just natural foods, and that's how things turn out sometimes. But I think you'll find they are all delicious and fun!
