Healthy summer salads are the perfect way to celebrate the gorgeous fruits and veggies of the season! Who else gets excited for ALL the salads when the warm weather hits?

It’s like there’s a change in the air, the cold nip is gone and all I want is fresh foods!

The chilly winter and spring days are gone, and so is the need for heavy comfort foods.

Nope, just give me light and fresh, colorful and bright. Plus, veggies galore!

Summer produce season is one of my favorites, whether I’m getting it from my garden in the backyard, the local farmers market or just the nearby grocery store.

All the gorgeous fruits and veggies are just screaming to be celebrated!

So I wanted to round up some of our favorite healthy summer salads for you.

We’ve got everything from simple side salads, lunch salads, pasta salads, full on dinner salads, grain-based salads, salads with chicken, vegetarian salads and gluten-free salads, make-ahead salads and more. Pretty much everything you need!
